NEW JOB OPPORTUNITY! – IRISH SALES DIRECTOR

A superb opportunity for an experienced, high calibre, Sales Director to join the fast-growing FuseBox brand.

FuseBox are the fastest growing circuit protection brand in the UK and are looking to expand their business in the Republic of Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and mentoring Area Sales Managers to drive regional performance, ensuring alignment with national sales objectives and fostering a high-performing sales culture.

Established in 2017, FuseBox is the fast-growing circuit protection company in the UK with an ambition to develop the brand in key focus markets across the globe, including Ireland. Through a commitment to quality and developing easy to install products, the group has developed the market leading FuseBox brand, which is recognised for both its innovation and reliability.

The Role:

Support the Commercial Director in developing the FuseBox product offer for the Irish Market

Create and develop new trading agreements with National and Regional wholesalers in the Irish Market

Implement strategies, tactics, and sales plans for the Irish Market in conjunction with the Commercial Director

Lead, mentor, and manage Area Sales Managers to drive regional performance, ensuring alignment with national sales objectives and fostering a high-performing sales culture.

To deliver the annual Sales budgets for the Irish business

Candidate profile:

  • Significant experience working within the Electrical Industry
  • 5+ years experience as a Sales Director or equivalent role
  • Track record of leading Sales Teams to exceed business targets within a fast paced, results-oriented company
  • A proven track record of developing business in new markets
  • A proven track record in driving growth
  • Excellent business acumen; analytic, entrepreneurial, and pragmatic
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Excellent numeracy and negotiation skills
  • Excellent product knowledge in the low voltage circuit protection market
  • Experience in developing new product opportunities
