The Role
As the Area Sales Manager for South Wales, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with our existing wholesale customers, while developing new business opportunities across your region via wholesalers and contractors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale branch managers, buyers and trade counters.
- Implement a structured call plan to ensure consistent customer visits and support.
- Identify and target new project opportunities to drive growth.
- Provide training, demonstrations, and technical support.
- Work closely with local contractors to promote the FuseBox brand and increase market demand.
This is a field-based role with a clear focus on growing sales turnover by managing existing accounts and developing new partnerships.
This will be achieved through –
- Establish and maintain a regular call cycle across your territory.
- Conduct account reviews to identify opportunities for growth.
- Deliver product demonstrations and promotional events.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Work independently while contributing to the wider sales team’s success.
- Champion the FuseBox brand, creating demand among wholesalers and contractors alike.
About you
- Experienced in electrical wholesale or manufacturing sales, circuit protection experience preferred.
- Skilled in developing and maintaining business relationships.
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously.
- Confident delivering product training and presentations.
- Passionate about achieving targets and delivering results.
- Must reside in South Wales.
